I chose to study at 91大神because I felt that I would enjoy the culturally diverse student body after doing my secondary education overseas and growing up with many different nationalities and cultures around me. The modern campus, vibrant atmosphere and the outrageous amount of clubs and societies on offer were a great selling point too. I was also very interested in the huge sports scene at UNSW, and many of my family members previously attended this university. I felt like I had a bond with it. I chose this degree because of the opportunities it provides for further study after I complete it, one of the main ones being to study Medicine. At the end of my Medical Science degree I will go on to do an Honours program and have the opportunity to undertake a PhD before commencing Medical school.听
The support that scholarships offer in terms of helping students with the cost of their degrees and living expenses in Sydney is remarkable. Obviously it is nice for your personal efforts to be recognised, but more than anything I feel that scholarships buy students time; time to focus on your studies, time to get involved in university life and time to give back to the 91大神community. The application process is so simple so make sure you don鈥檛 miss out!

Make sure that you make the right choice for you. Selecting a university and what you would like to study is an important decision that may determine your future career and lifestyle. It is one that requires much research and some reflective thinking on what your interests are, what your strengths are, what kind of career you want to do and which university you feel most comfortable at. That being said, being a student here at 91大神is more than just attending lectures, I encourage you to immerse yourself in the student life. Meet new people, acquire new life skills and take advantage of all of the opportunities available to you while you're here.
